lilCycles Terms of Use

Agreement And Eligibility

These terms govern the native lilCycles app and its public information and support website. The Apple-platform app is also governed by Apple's Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement. You must be at least 18 years old to use lilCycles. By using lilCycles, you agree to these terms and the Privacy Policy. The website does not provide cycle or wellness logging.

Wellness Tool Only

lilCycles is for private wellness logging and planning. It is not a medical device or health-care provider and does not provide diagnosis, treatment, contraception, fertility certification, emergency support, legal advice, clinical decision support, or safety-critical guidance. Predictions and local AI output can be incomplete, inaccurate, or unsuitable for your circumstances. Do not delay professional care or rely on lilCycles for urgent, medical, legal, reproductive, or safety-critical decisions.

Your Responsibilities

You are responsible for protecting your device, passphrases, exports, Apple permissions, calendar entries, and local model server; reviewing data before export or local AI transfer; obtaining any permission needed before entering another person's information; and using the product lawfully. Do not attempt to disrupt, reverse engineer where prohibited by law, misuse, or use lilCycles to harm another person.

Availability, Changes, And Subscriptions

The product may change, be interrupted, or be unavailable on some devices or in some places. Apple processes app subscriptions, billing, cancellation, and refunds under Apple's terms and applicable law. Deleting lilCycles does not cancel an Apple subscription; use Apple's subscription management controls.

Liability And Consumer Rights

To the maximum extent permitted by law, lilCycles is provided “as is” and “as available” without guarantees that estimates, local AI output, exports, integrations, or availability will be error-free or fit for a particular purpose. To the maximum extent permitted by law, the developer is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive loss arising from use of or inability to use lilCycles.

Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts, or modifies a right, guarantee, remedy, or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including rights under the Australian Consumer Law and other mandatory local consumer laws. Where liability can lawfully be limited, it is limited to the remedy required by applicable law.
